​Vision: To build christian families who will promote Christian Life styles through prayer and the study of God’s word. Upholding and defending the unconditional value of the christian family is our core principle.



​Mission: To develop a successful family life ministry that is responsive to the needs of individual families, acknowledges the different types of families, and is sensitive to the cultural diversity of the church community through the collaborative effort of the pastor and departments of our local church.



Goals:

  • To provide support and alleviate feelings of isolation for families who are overwhelmed by deep personal problems.
  • To provide relevant resources and tools to strenghten family life in our church.
  • To provide emotional support and nourishment to help families grow in love and respect for each other.
  • To serve as agencies for evangelism and spiritual growth by addressing individual and family needs.

FOCUS ON THE FAMILY

​Mt. Zion Men's Ministry is a program dedicated to helping men be the godly men God calls us to be. A godly man is a servant, not a slavemaster. Being a spiritual leader does not mean dominating your family. It means serving your family, and being a godly example to your wife and children.  We aim to provide resources and relevant information to build up men and to strengthen them to better Husbands, Fathers, Sons,Uncles, and Nephews at home and effective leaders outside the home.
Our aim is to glorify God by making available a variety of information and resources related to Men's Ministry. We believe in the axiom, "As go the men, so go the families and so goes the church." God has called men to be the spiritual leader in their families, and we want to equip our Men's Ministries to reach and strengthen them.

Mt. Zion Women's Ministry goal is a to equip and empower women to reach their full potential that God has designed for each and everyone of them through the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
We aim to meet the needs of the women in our lives (not just in our home & church, but in our community and those we come in contact with).
We endeavor to model the life of Christ as we strive for excellence while preparing ourselves and others for the soon coming of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
